Flue gas bag dust removal process

Process Introduction

Bag dust collectors have the advantages of high dust removal efficiency, stable operation, simple operation and maintenance, and are not affected by dust properties and operating conditions. They are suitable for efficient dust removal in various fields. It is widely used in industrial hazardous waste disposal, domestic waste incineration, steel, nonferrous metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry, food and other industries, as well as purification of flue gas from coal-fired boilers in power plants.

Process Principle

The bag filter adopts a redundant design of the bin, with the middle main pipe for air intake. The inlet and outlet pipes of each bin are equipped with valves. The ash hopper is equipped with a discharge valve, a blowing cylinder, an air hammer, a material level gauge, a temperature measuring device, a steam heating coil, an ash poking hole, and a maintenance manhole. The dust removal efficiency is not less than 98%, ensuring the dust removal effect. Each ash hopper of the dust collector is equipped with a star type discharge valve, and the discharged fly ash is collected and pneumatically transported into the ash silo for plasma fusion treatment or direct outsourcing treatment.


The dust removal mechanism is characterized by inertial collision, screening, diffusion, and interception. After the flue gas enters the dust collector, the airflow speed decreases. Larger particles of dust directly fall into the ash hopper due to gravity, and small particles of particles are blocked from the surface of the filter bag. The net flue gas is discharged. When the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the filter bag reaches the set value, the dust removal mechanism operates to blow down the dust attached to the filter bag.
