Zeolite fixed bed+catalytic combustion process

Process Introduction

Low concentration and high air volume VOCs waste gas treatment processes widely use zeolite fixed bed+catalytic combustion. This purification process is suitable for the treatment of organic waste gases with high air volume, medium to low concentration, and can handle organic waste gases containing benzene, ketones, alcohols, ethers, alkanes, and mixtures thereof. It is mainly used in industries such as chemical industry, machinery, electronics, electrical appliances, painting, shoemaking, rubber, plastics, printing, and other industries.

Process Principle

The zeolite fixed bed+catalytic combustion system consists of a zeolite rotary adsorption concentration system and a catalytic combustion system. The zeolite wheel adsorption and concentration device passes large air volume and low concentration organic waste gas into the honeycomb zeolite wheel, fully contacts (purifies) with the honeycomb zeolite wheel, and after desorption and regeneration, converts into small air volume and high concentration organic waste gas, which is sent to the catalytic combustion bed for oxidation. When the temperature is above 350 ℃, the organic matter is oxidized and decomposed into harmless gases such as carbon dioxide and water. After combustion, the heat is stored through a ceramic heat accumulator in a heat exchanger, and the hot exhaust gas is cooled into air through a heat exchanger. After heat exchange, the gas is partially discharged at a temperature of 200 ℃, and part of it is used for desorption and regeneration of the honeycomb zeolite runner, achieving the purposes of heat utilization and energy conservation.
