This standard is formulated to implement the Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution by Solid Wastes and other laws and regulations, coordinate with the implementation of GB 18484, and standardize the performance test behavior of incineration disposal facilities. This standard specifies the test contents, procedures and technical requirements involved in the performance test of hazardous waste (including medical waste) incineration and disposal facilities. This standard is applicable to the performance test of hazardous waste (including medical waste) incineration disposal facilities. This standard is not applicable to the performance test of cement kiln co-processing hazardous waste facilities.
