This standard is formulated to implement the Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China and the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Air Pollution, standardize the construction of industrial organic waste gas treatment projects, prevent and control the pollution of industrial organic waste gas, and improve the environmental quality. This standard specifies the technical requirements for the design, construction, acceptance and operation of industrial organic waste gas adsorption treatment project. This standard is a guiding document. This standard is issued for the first time.
